Mindfulness
Simply observe this moment without trying to change it. What's happening? What are you feeling? What are you seeing? What are you hearing?
Jon Kabat-Zinn

The practice of Mindfulness offers:
• A space to sit and observe experience moment by moment.
• A space of silence. A space to explore the ever-changing nature of experience.
• A space to pause. A space to practice non-doing.
• A place and time to let go of analysis, interpretation, judgment, the stories I tell myself about myself and the world around me, and simply rest in the awareness of being.
• A place to share silence and let the heart open.
• A space to explore: what am I? Who is that self?
• A space to contemplate with open awareness what arises moment by moment, without judgment or demands.
• A place to remain with what is, with what is present: sadness, pain, euphoria, tiredness, fear, hopelessness... simply being without analysis, without judgment. A place for compassion.
• A spacious awareness in which to rest.
• A space to establish a wiser, kinder, and more compassionate relationship with myself and the world.
The practice of Mindfulness is an invitation to be mindful of our daily lives, an invitation to step out of automatic reaction mode and reconnect with our body and our sensations, allowing for more creative responses that are tailored to the reality of each moment.
