Online therapy

New technologies allow us to conduct therapeutic processes remotely under excellent conditions. We may decide to do online therapy for various reasons:

  • Because we have difficulty traveling (physical limitations or specific circumstances such as postpartum, long commutes, or lockdowns, etc.).

  • For some of the reasons that motivate the demand for therapy, such as social phobia or agoraphobia.

  • Because we live abroad and want to do therapy in our native language.

  • Because where we live, there is no therapist who works with the approach we are interested in.

  • Out of simple preference.

Online therapy is as simple as making an appointment and connecting via Zoom or Google Meet.

Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer.
